We Will Not Quit

Just to make the post, just so there is no confusion; We will never quit the fight for our grand kids. We are going public. We feel as if there has been a death in the family by OCS stealing our grand kids. We also believe in life after death. I will continue even if I dropped dead tomorrow.

Notice Of Emergency Placement Change





The above is a copy of the notice of emergency placement change. This is NOT a court order. Had I looked at this, the children would have never left the house. Also notice that it is for one child (the 3 year old). They stole three instead. Not even a signature.


Notice the reasons for the placement change;


The brazen accusation that [L.] was sexually abused. Even state Police forensics could find no evidence.


The ongoing concerns for the cleanliness of our house. We did everything they asked and more. Currently, we have removed a huge rock fireplace to make our living room half again as big as it was. We have also started the add on in back for the kid's new bedroom.


Hygiene of the children. Mary Ann did not let the kids stay dirty. This is also a lame excuse.


Medical needs not being met. This is nonsense. Anyone can simply ask the doctor they visit and the two dentists they visit if they were in need of medical attention. The kids were up to date and healthy as could be.


These are nothing more than dreamed up excuses to bully us.


Let's not forget that the parents (our daughter and her still husband) are unemployed, separated and vulnerable with three children. Perfect targets for the theft of their children. When you kick in the husbands 1/2 brother's desire to place an order for an instant bigger family for profit, the mix is perfect. OCS get's their bonus's and the foster home gets 50-75K/year. Follow the money.


It has been a week and a half since they stole our grand children. OCS HAS NOT returned our calls and/or let us see the children. We know these kids. They already have abandonment issues from their parents. Now, they are terrified after being thrown into a strangers home. I picture myself at that age (I can remember as you will read in my autobiography). I would have been terrified, confused and wondering why everyone hated me so much.

How Child Services Lie

 The night before: The kids went to see their parents at the usual Wednesday meeting. They should have been home by about 3:30 PM. OCS never brought them home until 7PM. Mary Ann was distraught with worry about where the kids were. I was asleep since I work nights. I was awakened to Mary Ann asking where the kids were at. She was understandably upset. I came downstairs and the the female social worker came in the house. She had a notepad taking notes. The preferred method of building a case against you. I informed her that if this happened again, we were going to court. I guess they figured they must hurry this child stealing thing along. The next day was the "emergency meeting". This WAS the reason they had it.


Just before the "Emergency" TDM (Team Decision Making), Justin Heminger and his supervisor, Jaylene Day, took me into this little closet with chairs (behind closed doors). They talked about how we have not completed their "service requests" to their satisfaction and not met the children's medical needs. They also talked about ongoing concerns for the oldest grand daughters case of molestation. How this ball got started in the first place. I stopped Jaylene as they sat there in their smug arrogance and said "Are you accusing ME of this? Her answer was "More or less, yes."


They then said it would be okay if I wasn't at the meeting as they didn't want me to be embarrassed. I told them that I will absolutely be there. I want the whole world to know what you are accusing me of. 

It seems the whole concept to getting bonuses is lie,lie,lie! I think it is based more on how much money they can make.

"In 1997 Bill Clinton signed into law the Adoption and Safe Families Act. The Act was designed to give incentive for children to find permanent homes outside of the foster care system. To accomplish this initiative $4,000 – $6,000 is given to the state agencies per each child adopted, but that is just a base figure."
First, they would have to get kids into foster homes. By any means necessary apparently.
The children's medical needs were met. They all had a clean bill of health. The only time the oldest (5 years old) ever missed going to the doctor was when they called an emergency meeting and I couldn't be in both places at once. That was nice and handy.
Their dental was finished and they were also all signed up and excited about going to school.
