EXACTLY - What Law or Statute?

We would like to know - EXACTLY - what Law or Statute we or the parents violated. We would also like a copy of the court order, signed by a judge, that gave OCS permission to kidnap our FOUR grand children. Not a doctored and back dated copy, but the real one.
