There are "NO" words to describe the ----"O.U.T.R.A.G.E." ---- AND IT'S STILL HAPPENING!



From a veiwer comment:

"... He was tied down and tased THIRTY-ONE times over a period of seven HOURS. What could he possibly have done to warrant THAT level of brutality...kill a dozen people? Blow up a building? From what I hear, we only torture TERRORISTS."

 Maybe it's time for a Grand Jury Investigation into this sadistic ritual of corporal punishment.
