In 1696, England first used the legal principle of parens patriae, which gave the royal crown care of "charities, infants, idiots, and lunatics returned to the chancery." This principal of parens patriae has been identified as the statutory basis for U.S. governmental intervention in families' child rearing practices.

The Kings Tyranny and Parens Patriae

Parens Patriae Doctrine - originating in feudal England, a doctrine that vests in the State a right of guardianship of minors. This concept has gradually evolved into the principle that the community, in addition to the parent, has a strong interest in the care and nurturing of children. Schools, juvenile courts, and social service agencies all derive their authority from the State's power to ensure the protection and rights of children as a unique class.

The Declaration of Independence, accepted by Congress July 4th, 1776, was a letter addressed to the nations of the world by the original thirteen states. It's intention was to state the problems with the King of Great-Britain and his tyranny towards his people and the people of the new America. America's Independence was necessary for a free people, free of tyranny. The kings status as "the parent of the country" [Parens Patriae] was his method of tyranny.

When a social worker steals your children, they are invoking Parens Patriae. The very same pleasure the king enjoyed.

This is where child services (OCS) get their God like attitudes. Through Parens Patriae, child services owns your kids... and you. Parens Patriae is WHY America Declared it's Independence. Am I the only one that see's the pattern of tyrannical history repeating itself?

How Child Services Lie

 The night before: The kids went to see their parents at the usual Wednesday meeting. They should have been home by about 3:30 PM. OCS never brought them home until 7PM. Mary Ann was distraught with worry about where the kids were. I was asleep since I work nights. I was awakened to Mary Ann asking where the kids were at. She was understandably upset. I came downstairs and the the female social worker came in the house. She had a notepad taking notes. The preferred method of building a case against you. I informed her that if this happened again, we were going to court. I guess they figured they must hurry this child stealing thing along. The next day was the "emergency meeting". This WAS the reason they had it.


Just before the "Emergency" TDM (Team Decision Making), Justin Heminger and his supervisor, Jaylene Day, took me into this little closet with chairs (behind closed doors). They talked about how we have not completed their "service requests" to their satisfaction and not met the children's medical needs. They also talked about ongoing concerns for the oldest grand daughters case of molestation. How this ball got started in the first place. I stopped Jaylene as they sat there in their smug arrogance and said "Are you accusing ME of this? Her answer was "More or less, yes."


They then said it would be okay if I wasn't at the meeting as they didn't want me to be embarrassed. I told them that I will absolutely be there. I want the whole world to know what you are accusing me of. 

It seems the whole concept to getting bonuses is lie,lie,lie! I think it is based more on how much money they can make.

"In 1997 Bill Clinton signed into law the Adoption and Safe Families Act. The Act was designed to give incentive for children to find permanent homes outside of the foster care system. To accomplish this initiative $4,000 – $6,000 is given to the state agencies per each child adopted, but that is just a base figure."
First, they would have to get kids into foster homes. By any means necessary apparently.
The children's medical needs were met. They all had a clean bill of health. The only time the oldest (5 years old) ever missed going to the doctor was when they called an emergency meeting and I couldn't be in both places at once. That was nice and handy.
Their dental was finished and they were also all signed up and excited about going to school.
