DETROIT SOCIAL WORKERS PLEAD GUILTY TO MEDICARE FRAUD

There is no doubt that the federal government is cracking down on Medicare fraud. With the national debt steadily creeping upwards and some lawmakers looking for reasons to cut the program, the government has become more aggressive in its pursuit of charges related to healthcare fraud. Unfortunately, this sometimes results in innocent people getting caught in a widely thrown net and needing the help of attorneys to defend against federal charges.
Incidentally, since 2007 the Medicare Fraud Strike Force has pressed charges against a total of 1,330 people who were collectively accused of fraudulently billing Medicare for over $4 billion. Recently, three Detroit social workers fell into that category.
They pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud for perpetuating a scheme that attempted to defraud Medicare out of $3.1 million. The investigation was conducted by the FBI and the Department of Health and Human Services.
According to court records, the Detroit residents operated a company called New Century Adult Day Program Services LLC in Flint, Michigan. From November 2009 to April 2012, the three defendants apparently billed Medicare for services that were never rendered. The defendants were accused of attracting Medicare recipients to their business by promising patients medication.
Once in the office, the social workers allegedly told the patients they were required to sign up for psychotherapy services before they could see a doctor. The defendants would then use the patients' signatures on registration forms to create documents billing Medicare for the services.
Out of the amount billed, Medicare paid $740,394. All three Detroit residents face up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Two of the defendants are scheduled for sentencing on Jan. 8, 2013, while the third is scheduled for Jan. 29, 2013.

Fed Up Grand Parents, Vanished Grand Children By OCS and Child Trafficking

We have four grandchildren that have been stolen by OCS for profit. Be it for slick willie and his wife's 1997 deal or CAPTA, The Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act under which the Federal government provides the funding, by means of grants, that support state Child Protective Services (CPS). We have been told that our three oldest grand kids are in North Carolina. We are starting to believe this is a lie. We are starting to believe that the lie has been perpetrated to stop our calls for visitation.  We are starting to believe that we are going to look up email addresses and send letters. Undeniable proof that we have tried to contact the keepers of our grand children. Proof we will expose. We are naming names and addresses of those we attempt to contact. If they do not answer, we will report that as well. Starting with the Governor and President of the USA whom we have already contacted and received NO response. We have two Senators and a Congressman. We have Governors counsels and committees of all kinds to contact. We have alleged, concerned OCS workers and supervisors. We have the FBI whom we have already talked to. The CIA and US Marshal are next.

The Youngest grandson has been stolen from his caretaker at three months old. His whereabouts are unknown. He was stolen based on lies. They called it a "Safety Net". Typical of OCS (CPS) and their underhanded methods. The kid was fine where he was. (No money in that).

The fight against bullying and terrorism should start at home.

If you encounter OCS or CPS, NEVER sign anything. The very first thing we signed was a safety plan. Had we not signed that, they never would have been allowed in our house. If you sign that, you are giving them permission to enter your home. That must stop right now. If they enter and you did not give them permission, they can be charged with civil rights violations under the color of law while acting in an official capacity. They can go to jail. If you tell them to leave your house and not to come back in again and they do, they can go to jail. This info came straight from the FBI.
They have worked this con for so long they are experts at it.
Remember, this a voting country. Your Governor has the right to stop receiving funds that Clinton engaged. No funds, no incentive to steal your kids.
